Why is my speedtest.net getting stuck on downloading?

It gets stuck downloading and never finishes that part. The wireless works fine and this is connected with a wire. I barely have any programs on this computer as well. Google searches on Chrome and Firefox keep messing up too and I keep getting error #007 in gmail. No viruses, or unwanted programs and Windows Defender and RevoUninstaller don't show anything out of the ordinary. Cleaned the SSD and optimized the drive.

open cmd at an elevated level and execute this... netsh winsock reset
then hard reboot the router from mains...
also clear ur browser cookies and caches...

Thanks man you were exactly right. I was going to clear the SSD tomorrow but I don't need to now.
