Windows fail to connect to internet until restart

Hi guys, I have a big problem since i upgraded my Windows 7 to Windows 10.
I keep getting my internet connection problem since the upgrade. My Microsoft Edge, Outlook and whatever original apps like LINE from Windows fail to connect to internet.
I had upgraded my driver and I am sure that problem is nothing to do with the hardware or WiFi because Google Chrome is able to connect to internet.

It always happen on the first boot and need restart to get it fix. And it happens again after power off and reboot needed again.

Any helps thank you in advance because it is quite frustrating.

Try this. Go to Control Panel -> Power Options -> Change Plan Settings -> Change advanced power settings -> Wireless adapter settings -> Power saving mode. Change both settings to Maximum Power.
