i get a lot of errors, like:

kmode exception not handled netio sys
driver irql not less or equal

Also my computer shuts down a lot, if im watching a video or something, it doenst happen a lot when im playing games, but soon i am not playing a game and go to the internet, its like 10m and it goes down, also sometimes when it goes down, it beeps.

He rarely shows me the real issue on the blue screen, it just starts up, i tried a lot of things like update drivers, clean all data, booting, try new windows, so far 8, 8.1 and 10. and the problem seems to happen, i think it might be a hardware problem, like in my hard drive, but i cant find a way to fix it, neither to find were is the real problem.

So can you guys help me? if you want i can download some program to give you guys the data that you need.

have you tried updating the bios?

can you download and run this: http://www.resplendence.com/whocrashed
it looks at the error logs and creates a summary
it may point at a driver but normally blames windows

Copy/paste the results in here

what are the specs (what parts are in pc)?

Is there any software you installed on all 3 OS? Anti virus, firewall?

run Driver Booster and see if it finds any old drivers that you may have missed

i updated more information, check it out and see what you can do, thanks for the help :)

Build 10240? That's a way out of date build. The current insider build is 14332 and the current release build is 10586.218. By all means get on a current version, and that should fix a lot of problems.
I do notice the following from your additional info:
"A third party driver was identified as the probable root cause of this system error. It is suggested you look for an update for the following driver: rt64.sys .
Google query: rt64.sys KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED"

Good luck.

Read the topic general suggestions for troubleshooting system crashes for more information.

Note that it's not always possible to state with certainty whether a reported driver is responsible for crashing your system or that the root cause is in another module. Nonetheless it's suggested you look for updates for the products that these drivers belong to and regularly visit Windows update or enable automatic updates for Windows. In case a piece of malfunctioning hardware is causing trouble, a search with Google on the bug check errors together with the model name and brand of your computer may help you investigate this further.
