HDMI output shows static horizontal lines on display

when I turn on TV, these static lines are very visibily present, but gradually phase away/dimmed over ~30 minutes. Or if I restart laptop , it goes away

I believe issue is not with TV (becuase other input, i.e. chromcast & xbox, do not show static lines) and it goes away if I restart PC

My setup is following
� Lenovo laptop with HDMI output - I used it as DVR/setup box to watch TV thru HDHomeRun+Win7 MediaCenter
� Processor is i5 with HD 3000 graphic card
� drivers is up to date, I used Intel utility to check for update and lenovo website

I know it is not directly related to HD homerun, but i am sure where to get help on this issue

try a monitor or another tv to the laptop for testing purposes to see if those lines still showup til you restart the laptop.
