Windows 10 USB Drive not recognised on BIOS.

I have recently built my first computer and started it up today. I bought a Windows 10 USB drive from Amazon and plugged it into my PC and the following message showed up on my screen: (This was when I tried to Flash Boot.) Media not Found
Please plug in USB Media and press 'Retry' to try again.

I'm using an MSI Z170a Gaming M5 Mobo and MSI Click BIOS 5.

Have you turned off "secure boot" in the UEFI/BIOS? You may need to do that.

Put it in a USB2(black) slot, not a USB3(blue)
