I'm entirely new to the gaming PC realm, and I mean entirely, as I'm sure you'll be able to tell as you read this post. I'm looking for system that will be able to play games like Battlefield, The Division, Rainbow Six Siege, and so on in 4k or at least some high definition. I also want to record gameplay and make videos for YouTube.
I would much prefer to buy a pre-built PC. I'm not on a super tight budget, but I would like to make the most economically reasonable purchase. What specs or specific components would best suit my desires. Please feel free to respond with any additional information or questions for me:)

at your level, a self-build PC an be half the cost.

I'd wait unti the new NVidia GPUs come out in a month, but here's a rough estimate:

i7-6700 $320
B150 board: $60
16 GB DDR4 2133: $55
GTX 1070: $330
1 TB SSD $220
XFX 550W PSU: $55
Case: $50
Windows 10: $85
