Ok so I setup a dentists office with an all in one windows 10 computer, I ran an hdmi to a punch down panel then ran the hdmi cable through the ceiling and into the TV which is mounted from the ceiling.
So here's the issue, everything worked on friday but monday when I came back the TV had this for lack of a better term green static. When I change the background to a picture the display completely goes away. Then when I change it to a solid black or green it will show up like the picture. What's going on?
