blocking Widows 10 without closing programs

hi.
I would like to know if ther is a way to block or close section in windows 10 without closing any program that im running.

Example. I play an MMORPG game. and I leave it botting all day while I'm wirking but my cousin come on my pc and sometimes he reboots it and everything closes... So I would like to leave it working but put a password on it son that no body can access it without a password and my game can still keep running.

the problem is not botting. since I need to have my account logged on as much ass I can. and where I play is legal since is a game internal bot -.-. thnx for your helpfull answer

Except that you can still shut down or reboot the computer. There is a nice little icon for it right on the lock screen.
