Between those two, I can tell you the following:

* The BenQ brand has a better reputation.
* The BenQ is more energy efficient
* The BenQ weighs half as much (might just the the stand though)
* The BenQ has a 3000:1 contrast ratio vs. 1000:1 for the AOC. Theoretically that's in the BenQ's favor, but it's hard to say.
* Aesthetically, the BenQ has the thin bezel design, which a lot of people like, especially for movies, or people who use multiple monitors.
* The AOC has DisplayPort, which is important at higher resolutions, but not so much at 1080p.

Whichever you choose, don't use the D-Sub connector.
