I bought a new product code and it will not let me change it coming upo with that error code.

Your right the code is for the home version and i have the pro version. how do i down grade to the home?

Did you use a ISO made by Windows 10 media creation tool?

The only way to downgrade to Home is a clean install , enter code into the screen where it asks for it and I think there may be a screen that asks which version to install, choose home.

copy anything you want to keep first.
