Aoc monitor turns on then straight back off?

Hi,
I have moved house, so obviously I have moved my computer with the screens.
So I set it back up and everything was all good until the next day when the monitor's display turned off. I tried turning it off with the power button but it won't work. So I unplugged it and plugged it back in and the display turns on for about seconds and then reverts to the display being black with the screen being on and not being able to turn off.
No other buttons on the monitor work, probably because it doesn't display it.

did u handle with care while shifting...check for physical damage...cud be internal as well...
also when it turns black in power on state, is the screen glowing without any display or completely black???
did u try substitute cables???

I have tried a new transformer. The screens pixels are black, not off. Also tried a new Avi cable. No physical damage as far as I can tell, maybe internal? It's kinda warm to touch.
Also, I have tried disconnecting it from the pc and the same thing happens so it has to be the monitor.

well...if u have not changed any settings explicitly, thn it had to do with sumthng during shifting...thts obvios...
how old is it???
can u specify the model no???

Internal damage is what I'm starting to think, but I handled it with care, and it doesn't make sense that it would work when in the new house then the next day it screws up.

perhaps it was waiting for something to snap internally...
better u rma it if under warranty...or go to a professional repair shop for faster resolution...
