My windows 10 only shows touch keyboards

I recently sent my laptop to the manufacturer for repairs and when it came back I noticed the keyboard layout was wrong. However when I try to to change the keyobard layout te entire list of keyobard layouts only shows touch keyboards.

Does anyone know why this is and how to fix it?

Set a default keyboard layout:

Click the Start menu and select Settings.
Select Time & language.
Click Region & language in the left column.
Under Languages click the language you want as default and click Set as default. This should change the keyboard layout to match your language
