My computer specs:
i7 3770
12Gb's of RAM
Corsair 650 VS PSU
Gigabyte H61M-DS2 4.0

Monitor don't know the specs
but it only supports 1366x786 60Hz
Or its because of my video card that is gt 440 4GB

And my monitor only supports VGA :/

Solution
If your monitor only supports 1366x768, then I don't really see a point in getting 980ti. But guessing by your system, you will probably be getting a higher resolution screen. As for the PSU, it might be better for you to wait for gtx 1070 a couple weeks, as it is pretty much the same cost as 980ti (maybe even chaper...) and is much less power hungry.

Whaatever

It will work pretty much don't see the problem but you do have 1 small problem and 1 possible problem that could appear. The small problem is that you need a Vga-Dvi adaptor since the gtx 980 doesnt really has vga port and second the psu will support your gpu but it's pretty much a close call you may want a better psu for the TI
