I must have downloaded something malicious (duh). I was browsing around when my computer said *Software download complete. You will be signed out*
The computer was restarted and when I logged in the Windows Activation Pro screen came up saying I may have bad software and I need to enter my product key to continue. I don't know what it is, my laptop does not have a sticker on the bottom telling me what it is. There are options at the top that bring me to Google Chrome (like to download teamviewer and some other things) and there is an option that brings up the cmd screen.
I don't know what to do!
TIA

If the HP 2000 Notebook doesn't boot in Safe Mode, you can retrieve the Windows Product Key with any of the Key-viewers included in the Hiren's Boot CD/DVD/USB... With the product Key code you can clean install Windows 10 or upgrade (Windows 7 trough 8.1) from Windows Update... Download the Win 10 ISO from this link or from the last link below

Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 10565
https://blogs.windows.com/windowsexperience/2015/10/12/announcing-windows-10-insider-preview-build-10565/

Or, you could try to recover the existing OS from the Hiren's Boot CD/USB with the included security programs, or scanning the system with a online virus scanner, or with a antivirus Boot CD/USB.. and you can also hopefully delete recently...

i would do a fresh install, windows will never ask for activation key after its installed, that seems like malware to me.

Download win 10 from here: Win 10 media creation tool. Use that to create a Win 10 DVD or USB

Now if you have anything you want to save, try this: http://www.howtogeek.com/howto/windows-vista/use-ubuntu-live-cd-to-backup-files-from-your-dead-windows-computer/

change boot order so USB or DVD first, hdd second
Boot off installer and follow this: http://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/1950-windows-10-clean-install.html

I appear to not be able to change boot priority or go into safe mode or anything.
I don't use this laptop nor do I care what is on it anymore (everything is on my new PC and external HDD)
Is there anyway to reset it without going into settings?
What are all the Fn keys I can try?

Sorry for the late response.

The Z97-A is my gaming PC, not the laptop with the problem.
