Best way to plug in dual monitors?

Hello guys, i'm planning on getting a second monitor, but i need some help, i'm pretty new at dual monitor things...
As my main monitor i am using Samsung S22D300 (VGA) connected with DVI to VGA adapter...second monitor is Benq DL2020 (VGA/DVI). What is the best way to connect them to my R9 380, quality wise? What adapters to use?

I would use the DVI ports

you could use onboard if it is just for display purposes and noting intensive.

Ok, but what is the difference between these two dvi slots on graphics card, i can see that they are not the same? In which one of them should my main monitor go?

One of them is DVI-I, the other is DVI-D.

DVI-I has VGA signals for passive DVI-to-VGA cable adaptors, the other is digital-only - it lacks the analog signal pins around the cross-shaped ground pins to the right.
