Will an AMD Athlon II x4 645 bottleneck a GTX960?

I know it will, but I dont know how much. Want to upgrade my PC, but first i want a new GPU, and more RAM.
System:
CPU: AMD Athlon II x4 645 - Overclocked to 3,456MHz
Now I have: ASUS HD-6670
I will have:
GPU: ASUS Strix GTX960 2GB
RAM: 2x4GB HyperX Fury 1866MHz

And if it matters, I have a Samsung SSD 850 EVO.

Will I able to run GTA5, Fallout 4, Witcher 3 and some new games atleast medium settings with 60 FPS? (1366x768)

I will have this CPU for like ~half year, later I want to upgrade to i5 4460.

i have a 860k anthlon with 960 gtx i got like 30-40 fps on witcher at 1680 res with maxed settings GTA V runs like shit on everything lol Fallout 4 maxed out with 30-40 fps i dont think my 860k botlenecks the 960 at all though so this might not be the same for you.
