So I am buying monitor In my country. My budget is low and I am not expeting something with great quality.

Howerer I have got 2 monitors(Both 21.5, 1920x1080) and I have to choose which one should I get:

First one is: "Philips 223V5LSB". It has DVI-D and VGA Ports. http://www.amazon.com/Philips-V-line-21-5-LED-Monitor/dp/B00GPH976K/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1463424038&sr=8-1&keywords=philips+223V5LSB

Second: "Acer K222HQLBD". It has DVI-D and VGA Ports aswell. http://www.amazon.com/Acer-21-5-Widescreen-Monitor-K222HQL/dp/B00QVZXXN4/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1463422823&sr=8-1&keywords=Acer+K222HQL

(I provided the links in Amazon just to let you guys see how they look like, I can't order anything online, I am buying in my country, So I have to choose between this two.)

So Philips monitor costs 6$ more here. I know that I shoudn't expect high quality in this budget(Acer costs 107$, Philips 113$). Thing Is I cant buy anything outside of my country - Georgia.

Please tell me for which should I go, for now I have 1280x1024 75hz Fujitsu SIemens VGA monitor, and yeah I am going with logic - I will have better experience.

Far better in computing and windows, but if you kept your current GPU your framerates would have dropped drastically. A GTX 950 will handle 1080p on medium settings though.
A good compromise would be to look for a 16:10 22" 1680x1050px...

Not much to say about either, so just go with the one that looks better to you or the one that's cheaper.
Question is, do you game or use the pc for work? if you game mostly, what GPU do you have?

I will just game mostly, probably doing few photoshops and video rendering.

Also I havent bought pc yet, it will be gtx 950 with I3 4160.

There no more monitors on that price point in store, and Its on georgian language so I dont think you will need that/

http://yversy.com/e-store/?SECTION_ID=2754 here is the store, thing is I cant really go above my budget, but thing is I will have better experience on that Acer monitor compared to my 1280x1024 fujitsu sieemens monitor right? If yes I am sold

A good compromise would be to look for a 16:10 22" 1680x1050px monitor, if you can find one. The resolution is enough for that size, you get more vertical space and better framerates.
