MSI GTX 950 2GD5 OC vs ASUS GTX 950 M 2GD5 Help!

I am deciding between this card:

I am going for the smaller cards as I don't have heaps of space.

My current system is:

Intel dp35dp motherboard
Intel core 2 Duo E6850 3.0Ghz Dual Core Processor
NVIDIA Quadro FX 1700 Graphics card
8GB DDR2 RAM
Antec EA 430W Powersupply

Screen resolution: 1600 x 1200

1.Are both of these cards compatible with all my specs?
2.Which one is better for me?
Also I only have lots of 4 pin cables coming out of my PSU however I believe these cards need a 6 pin. Shall I get an adaptor?
