Moving my mouse makes my pc lose fps

Hello all,

Recently started having a problem of when i move my mouse, fps drops down from 100 to around 10-20. Have done a bit of research already and the only solution I can find is to end a process called STIJ.exe. however this can not be found on my computer anywhere. I have also tried reinstalling my graphics card drivers and that was a no go.

Any suggestions would help me out, Thanks!

Is this a razor mouse? Plenty of people lately having problems with those having to un-install the drivers to fix it.

Nope, its a logitech g502.
