Fifa 16 running like crap on a more than capable machine.

I have reverted back to windows 7 because Fifa 16 would not run on Windows 10. I have installed all of the missing drivers and graphics drivers for my pc. All of the games i normally play run perfect, above 60fps on medium to high settings and in a few max out. But as soon as I run Fifa 16 from the launcher, my CPU get above 80 degrees celsius and It uses almost all of my RAM. Non of the others games do that.

My specs are:
Intel Core I7 2670QM
4GB of RAM DDR3
ATI Radeon HD 6870M 1024MB
Seagate ST975042 750GB

It's and Alienware M17X R3

It's worth noting that I have increased the RAM by 2GB and overclocked the GPU by a bit and it still runs the same.

Update:
Ran this on my other Alienware (m14x r2) with Windows 10 and it ran perfect. 60FPS constant.
Specs:
Intel Core I5 3210M
6GB RAM DDR3
Nvidia Geforce GT 650M
Samsung 850EVO 500GB

Any solution on how to make this game work on the first one?

I have a few times. But after I reinstalled the graphics driver, it started to run again. But on windows 10. I completely abandoned Windows 7

Can you tell me how you're running the game? Through a disc or a launcher? Is it a legal copy?

A legal copy. It's from Origin.
