My computer(windows 10, amd phenom II x6 1055t 2.8ghz, nvidia 550ti, 8gb ram, 1.5 TB HDD, ) has become unusably slow out of no where. It was fine when i turned it off last night, and when i got home from work today it was laggy from the moment i turned it on.
It takes about 3 seconds for a single keystroke to show when typing my password on the login screen. Once every few minutes, for about 10 to 20 seconds, it will jump up to normal speed, and then back to the death lag.
Im trying to understand what is going on and i have no solutions. I did a full reset of windows 10 and it STILL has the issue. Anyone have any ideas?
UPDATE: I noticed there was a windows update and installed it. That seemed to fix it for the most part. It still seems a little stuttery, but it must be a bug in the previous update that caused all this. ??
