1440p with Asus PG279Q ROG Swift 165Hz 27.0" Monitor OR 4k gaming with Asus PG27AQ 60Hz 27.0" Monitor ... This is my predicament. I have been building a computer on PCPartPicker.com for a while now and in the midst of construction I heard about the new NVidia GTX 1080 Pascal video card. One of these cards should run my Blizzard games (SC2, WoW, HoTS, and D3) on ultra settings to the MAX. Now let's assume that this is true that my video card WILL handle at least 120 FPS in 1440p and 55 FPS in 4k roughly, then what should I get for best experience with Blizzard gaming? 4k or 1440p ...

I want the best performance along with best graphics...I know this is only opinion based in nature, but I'm truly stuck on the fence with this one. Somebody! Please, persuade me! I'm on the fence here. A side note... I have already heard many reviews (Dec. 2015 being the latest, which is coming up on 6 months ago. A bit outdated considering 1080 is coming out now.) about both. I have been leaning on the 1440p @ 144Hz for a while just based on supposed "smoothness", but I know 4k could be something I don't want to pass on... I have heard about the possible 4k 120Hz might be around the corner, but i'm sure the price tag out the gates will be over my budget... I just want to know about these two monitors in question.

High FPS with PG279Q ROG Swift 165Hz 1440p OR 4k gaming with PG27AQ 60Hz. Let me hear your opinions. I need a good persuasion here. Thanks in advance!
