I found out this card - Zotac Gtx 950 OC edition or should i go with amp edition..i know it hardly makes a difference of around 6-7%

https://www.zotac.com/us/product/graphics_card/gtx-950-...

mostly will be ordering from other country and will let someone(friend) bring it over here ..as in india it is costly by 4-5k(45-50$)..
Also can tell me that will Antec vp500pc Power supply good enough for this GPU?

Your link just goes to the Zotac homepage. But any GTX 950 will be fine on any 500W Antec PSU. Most will run fine on a good quality 400W.
The Amp starts out with faster clocks 1203/1405 MHz vs 1102/1279 MHz. It also has a nice backplate. But if you want to conserve funds, the OC model should be able to OC to that same speed and better. And the backplate is mainly for looks since the card doesn't get that hot.
