low/mid budget Flicker free 1440p low ms 120hrz monitor?

pretty much looking for what i mentioned in the title. The main thing i'd like is anti flicker/pwm (watched too many conspiracy theory shows lol). im debating on the inches. want around 24-29 range though. smaller would i'd have to move a lot closer so not sure if that'd be good on the eyes. love to hear some suggestions, thanks

that actually looks pretty good. I dont think my graphics card can use the g-sync but im going to hold off upgrading that for another year. main problem is it's about 200$ more than i'd like to spend. then again i use my pc a lot and eye stain sucks. like to get something that looks as nice as my isp laptop upstairs.
