One or more network protocols are missing on this computer. Router problem?

Hello everyone! My internet stopped working last night, after i turned off my pc , i ve tried to connect on the phone via wifi, but it didn t work. Today when i turned on the pc, the internet was not working , i've went to troubleshoot problems and it says "one or more network protocols are missing on this computer", i ve tried to log on on other devices but it doesn t work. I ve plugged the internet cable directly into my pc and it works, but it doesn t work if i plug it in the router. I need help. Thank you!

Hi,

The problem lies in your router if you said that it does work just fine if it's connected directly to your modem and all other devices that connects wifi doesn't connect as well. I would suggest contacting your ISP first.
