BenQ monitor trouble

I can't get my brand new BenQ GW2760HM to work with my tower. Gone thru the setup process many times. Keep getting "no signal" message. Any suggestions out there?

try the monitor on another computer even a friend's to see if it works or not. I presume the tower still works with your old monitor? what video cable is connected from the monitor to what video port in the videocard or onboard video?
