Is it possible to build a $300 Light Gaming Comp?

On a budget with going to college soon and etc. Just want a small rig which can run cs go at over 100 fps and maybe low res on some higher end games with 30 fps +. One of my friend offered me an i3 4170 and gt 730 ddr5 1 gb for $125, so would prefer to have a pc that works well with those 2.

You'd be WAY better off with a 750ti which should be around 100 brand new.

You mind switching to AMD. Price to performance is much better there. You could get a 4 core CPU for $80 and a 6 core for $100
