Torn between these two monitors - which is better?

I recently purchased a new (and much larger) computer desk, which makes my aging 20-inch Dell ST2010 monitor seem too small for the space. I'm considering getting a bigger display, probably a 24-inch.

I've found these two equal priced units, but I'm wondering if either one seems much better than the other? It's been a long time since I bought a monitor, so I'm a little out of date.

I'd use it mostly for web browsing and office documents with some YouTube and Netflix mixed in. No gaming.

the first monitor you linked is 5 years old, TN
and the second is 2 months old, IPS

IPS is much better than TN.

So, based on that, the superior image quality is the second one, the LG!
