[WTB] x79 board with support for Xeon 16** and RDIMM RAM

im looking for a working x79 board with support for Xeon CPUs and RDIMM RAM, overclocking facilities (proper CPU voltage settings that can be adjusted, options to adjust CPU multiplier, etc), ideally in ATX form factor, ideally with quad channel RAM support.
