Hay People, I have succeeded. It WORKS.
Here is how:
1. Physically installed 950 Pro (512GB) to mobo M2H AHCI mode (manual pg 32).
2. Bought USB header to USB cable ($4) and plugged it in to on board 10-pin USB 2.0 header(cable=1 in 2 out). Plugged USB keyboard/Mouse into this cable.
3. Bought 320GB WD SATA drive ($24) and plugged it into internal mobo SATA header.
(It is formatted MBR, HPFS)
4. Set BIOS to UEFI.
5. Booted Win-7 DVD from BD drive and installed OS to SATA drive.
6. Installed Samsung NVMe driver.
7. Used Samsung Image Transfer Utility to move OS to SSD.
8. Set BIOS to LEGACY.
Removed SATA drive and rebooted.
That was it. It worked like a charm.
