Reinstall OEM Windows 10 On SSD

I have a dell laptop with OEM windows 10. I'm planning on upgrade it witha an SSD. I have created a recovery drive.So Can I use that recovery drive to reinstall windows on the SSD. Thank you for your support.

run that program and it lets you make a Win 10 Installation DVD or USB (your choice)

Use that to fresh install win 10 on new ssd, may help to remove old hdd (if you weren't already) when you install win 10 on ssd or it may put files on the hdd.
