Will upgrading a new motherboard requires fresh window install

So basically I bought a new mb and a new cpu and is still using my same old hdd and memory , I have this problem with my gpu on the new mb whereas the fps in game is very very unstable and have frequent spikes . But has no problem when using it on my old mb , do I need to fresh install window and how if needed

If the OS boots normally on the new motherboard, the only possible issue is related to drivers... the GPU drivers are already installed in Windows but you may need to reinstall them for adequate communication with the motherboard. The new motherboard includes a drivers CD/DVD that you may have already installed(?) but they may not be so recent so look in the motherboard product page for more recent versions. Look in the Support link > Downloads > Drivers.
