I'm Looking to buy a new monitor

I currently have an old 80cm tv/monitor and im looking for a new one for my new computer i have a budget of about $350 AUD i would like a 25~inch monitor with 1920 x 1080 I have 2 monitors I've had an eye on for a while:
AOC 27 inch
