Headset picking up static noises/beeping from keyboard and mouse

So this has been driving me crazy for a while, and I'm at my wits end.

When I use my headset (roccat 5.1) there is hissing, when i click something or type, it will beep (like it's picking up the electric signal) . I figured this was interference/on board-audio issues (maximus vii hero).

I tried to fix it by:
- Getting an external sound card (sound blaster omni)
- Powering the headset via USB dock (direct into wall)
- Plugging the card in via usb dock
- Tried a different headset

This did not fix the issue. As the external sound card, still is plugged in via USB to the back of my PC. I made a discovery, that even when just touching the plate with the USB cable on the back ( not plugging it in) I would start to hear the hiss in my headset. I figured there is static or interference.

At this point, to move away from the interference, I plugged a USB dock in, then the sound card into the dock. This did not improve the situation at all.

So, what is the next step? I'm at my wits end and going crazy. How can I fix this issue?

What model is your power supply?

EVGA 120-G1-0650-XR 80 PLUS GOLD 650W Fully Modular is the power supply, and yes, I believe the outlet is grounded and proper.
