Windows 7 from boot drive wont recognize the driver?

So I got a windows 7 ISO and burned it to a USB using rufus. I boot through the USB in the BIOS, get past the windows logo to the windows 7 installer, but it doesnt seem to see my USB and the subsequent drivers despite loading the installer from the USB. Im at my wits end because I certainly dont want to deal with the cluster&%^ that is windows 10 any longer.

100 series board? goto the manufacturer website and read on how to install windows 7 on their board
