BenQ XL27" has all of a sudden got loads of lines appearing on the bottom half of the screen.

I have had my BenQ XL 27" for just over 6months I have it on everyday for about 4-6h all of a sudden I get all of these horizontal lines from the centre of the screen to the bottom, it is at its most visible on the monitor boot up and on a grey background.

the lines are very close to one another and of equal distance and very thin almost look dotted but I can't tell and very hard to see unless on purple or grey.



what I have tried, resetting monitor settings, turing monitor off from the mains and back on, changed the cables to different ones, tried the monitor now or my gaming pc and on my mac mini and the lines are still there, they are also still there when I turn the monitor on with nothing plugged in apart from the power lead.

Test it on another computer that works. If it replicate the problem RMA it

So AdaptiveSync is like V-Sync?

Sorry I haven't been on here for a while I finally got hold of customer service turned out the panel was faulty and they replaced it
