PC keeps crashing New moniter

I have been gaming on a samsung monitor for over a year now with no problems. I just recently got a new monitor: BenQ XL2430T and now my pc will crash after 5-15 minutes of use. I'm not sure what the issue is. I have switched back to my old monitor and it works perfectly fine. Problems only arise when i use my new one. My old monitor used hdmi. I use a dvi dual link on my new one.

See if you can get a converter to HDMI or borrow another monitor that uses dvi dual link and see if that one crashes. We need to see if it is the port on the board or if the company sent you a bad monitor cause it happens.

The reason i am using dvi to get 144 hz while gaming.

I dont currently have another monitor that uses dual link so i cant test that. I can test the hdmi on the new moniter to see if that works

New monitor doesnt work with hdmi either. Still crashes after about 10-15 minutes of use

try that monitor on a friend's computer to see if still has that crash issue or not.
