what is horizontal and vertical refresh rate?

i planing to get a monitor,than i had found out 2 specs here,benq XL2411Z and XL2430T
both of them is 1080p 144hz 1ms,but i go into benq official website,the specs they show like this.

XL2411Z
Vertical refresh rate is 100/120/144

XL2430T
Horizontal refresh rate is 30~140
vertical refresh rate is 56~144

i am curious that why XL2411Z didnt show horizontal refresh rate?
And the price of 2 of them difference is about 150 usd,i dnt get it why XL2430T is the price.

May need your professional advice for this =)

Horizontal refresh rate is not the one to be concerned about.
But price difference (more like €75) is mainly because of XL2430T display pilot feature (it also has display port input).
XL2411Z doesn't have that.
