Have you tried a simple driver reset? Make sure you have the required driver for your Ethernet. Make any back-ups or system restore points you need. Uninstall that device. Restart computer. Windows should reinstall automatically but you might need to load the driver manually. Make sure it is the most recent one.

This sounds like a local issue. Modem, driver or setting(s).

Yeah, tried a driver reset on my laptop, and also just did a fresh install of windows on my gaming PC both are using most recent drivers. I also tried rolling back to a previous driver with the same issue.. Both PC's and mobile devices are having this issue, Also, please reply directly on that thread. This one was created to have the "Best Answer" removed if possible.
