I recently upgraded my Windows 7 32-bit Home Premium desktop to Windows 10 32-bit Home. The upgrade downloaded just fine and it installed just fine as well, but now my desktop is stuck at the "Welcome to Windows 10!" screen (picture below). Any time I hit the "Next" button, the screen freezes, turns white, and then reboots my PC. It will keep doing this over and over and over. I tried a few solutions out to see if it would work and even contacted Microsoft Support to see if they could help. Everything the support person suggested did not work. I was wondering if anyone else had this issue and knew how to fix it or if not, if this only applies to the upgrade. If it only applies to the upgrade, I'm thinking about just purchasing Windows 10 and installing it by disk. Thank you for any and all replies.
