Is gtx 580 worth 10000 rs (150$ approx) in india?

My friend told that he can give his 1 year old good in condition gtx 580 for rs 10000 . He has used it for 1year without any overclocking . Is it worth buying from him or not?
I have a i5 2400 will it have any bottleneck ?
In india this price is equivalent to gtx 750ti which one should i buy?

Your i5 should work OK with the GTX 580 and it will give much better performance than the GTX 750 Ti. They are currently selling on EBAY here in the US for $90.00 dollars on up. You will need a good quality 600 watt or larger PSU if you do decide on the 580.

Dont buy gtx 580 for 10k.not worth it.try to find used gtx 950 or 960 at 10k.as the new series has arrived,price of used cards are getting dropped drastically.i just saw a gtx 960 at 11k on olx.also,for gtx 580 u need 600w psu atleast.better go with efficient new generation cards.i would suggest to wait for amd r9 480 if ur budget allows.also more and more games are using high vram.better go with atleast 4gb vram minimum.anyways, whats ur psu and monitor resolution bro??

And if u buy locally,like nehru market,u may get even cheaper there.
But as ur monitor is 1080p,i suggest u to wait for r9 480 launching on 29th june,and see what it offers.good luck
