Hello I'm running an AMD FX8350 on standard 4,0GHz clock speed.
The Power Supply is a BeQuiet! System Power 600W
The board is an ASRock 990FX Extreme3
The graphics card is a Sapphire Radeon HD 7850 O.C. Edition (if that matters)

When the cpu gets 70%-100% load on all cores it periodically clocks down all cores to 1400MHz and drops vcore voltage from 1.16V to 0.832V, while the Voltages per core drop to 0.875V

Also the cores jump around in Voltages from 1.313V at 4000MHz to 1.212V at 3400MHz.

The CPU Temp does not exceed 61°C under load

I have just made a BIOS Update which did not help with the issue, additionally I made tests wth LLC enabled/disabled and also disabled Thermal Throttle in the BIOS but the problem still persisted

Other voltages are stable under load

Sensors are read out with HWiNFO64

Iam pretty clueless atm on how to fix this problem, so im glad about any advice

EDIT: I found out about the thing called Voltage Regulator Module, so I will try cooling that a bit better and see if the Problem persists.
