i want to build a gaming/streaming/photo editing PC for about £400 or maybe more if I need to. i dont know much about all the parts in PC's and what they do. All i know is that i would rather use Intel than AMD although im not too sure what the difference is, i have just always used intel. i want to play games like Black Ops 3 and stream it live on Twitch through OBS (open broadcaster software) and for it to run smoothly. For photo editing, i use photoshop and lightroom and i also use a wacom tablet so i want that to run smoothly aswell. I wouldnt usually have all of these open at once (i mean games and also photography programs). If someone is able to tell me every part they recommend and also if you could, what that part actually does and maybe why that specific part that you chose. I dont need a really fancy PC casing so the cheaper the better for that.

Just going to throw this warning out there you are asking for a lot from a small budget. I truly don't believe you will be able to build a machine that will do everything you want within your budget

I changed it to £600, thank you. For this price would you have any suggestions for what parts I should use?

600 is still doable:
