Not sure what PSU should I buy?

My build:
- i7 4790K
- Asus Z97 Pro (wifi/ac)
- 2x 8gb crucial Ballistix Sport
- Asus R9 290x
- crucial SSD 250gb
- 2x 7200 HDD 1TB WD
- case: Cooler Master Storm trooper
- 2x 120mm fan
- 1x 200mm fan
- 1x 140mm fan

Untill now, I had Seasonic 1050x 80plus gold, but is slowly dying, so I'm looking for new PSU. Would 850W PSU do the trick?

A quality 850 watt (like the Seasonic) would work just fine and leave overclocking head room.

For one card setup 290x even 750w is plenty.
