Driver Installation Problem, Please Help

I have HP pavilion 360. I downloaded drivers , but some drivers arent getting installed. it says -the setup programme has ended prematurely because of the following error : this platform is not supported. why is this. ? please help. can i avoid these drivers?

could be the wrong version of windows or possibly a 32 bit vs 64 bit issue. would need more information about your windows version and what exactly you downloaded to get any more specific.
