Cheap Video Editing Monitor

Rocking the ASUS VS238H-P and was wondering if i should get a better monitor if im going to be video editing. Can spend about 200-250$. Sorry can't spend more...poor times...

How do you deliver the videos (color/no color)?

What software are you using?

Do you need help understanding how to take advantage of the tools in a program, so that colors don't look way off?

How are you distributing your videos, any links you want to share?
