Windows 10 Asus PC stuck in bootloop

My computer was really laggy for awhile and i couldn't access my settings but i thought it was okay so i shut my computer down like normal and the next time i used it it couldn't turn on. It's stuck on the screen where they show the asus logo. Idk if it has anything to do with windows 10 but my computers on windows 10 so i can't go into safe mode either...What do i do?

does it just sit on that page or restart and load it again? The asus logo screen is before windows, it comes from your motherboard. Does hitting F2 or del help? can you get into bios? or is it frozen?
