Is it possible to output 4k to a native 4k monitor and clone the 4k as DSR onto my projector?

I can run 4K DSR on my Optoma GT1080.. it looks blurry, but it works. I'm considering getting a 4k monitor that I will be cloning to the projector. I'm curious as to whether or not I'll be able to clone the monitor without having to run games at 1080p. Would setting my native resolution to 4k on the monitor upscale to 4k DSR on my projector, or would I have to disable the projector and game solely on the monitor in order to play at 4k?

Solution
I can't get VSR to run on my projector.

Anyways, your projector shouldn't be run with DSR in my opinion, because DLP don't use pixels and they don't have the problem which LCD displays have, which is at large resolutions you can see the pixel structure, not the case with DLP.

You could always ask NVIDIA if it's compatible, because that has nothing to do with the projector at all.

Is anyone competent enough to understand what I'm asking or should I dumb it down a little more? I really need an answer to this ASAP.. I an going to spend ~$600 on a new monitor and don't want to waste money by sending back the 4k because I can't mirror it to my projector with DSR
