Hi all, I was looking to upgrade my current GPU (2GB Nvidia Geforce GIGABYTE GTX760 - GDDR5) to a 1080, but I don't know if my current system would be able to accommodate it.
My loadout is the following:
- Processor: Intel Quad Core i7-4790 Processor 3.6Ghz (8M Cache)
- RAM / Memory: Gaming Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR III 1600Mhz
- Motherboard: Gigabyte H81 Chipset Motherboard S1150/2DDR3/2USB3
- Hard Drive: 2000GB (2TB) Serial ATA Hard Disk Drive
- Solid State Drive (SSD): 240GB Solid State Drive (SSD)
- Graphics Card: 2GB nVidia Geforce GIGABYTE GTX760 - GDDR5 - DVI/HDMI/DP - PCie
- Case/Chassis: CoolerMaster K380 Gaming Tower, Red LED Front Fan, USB3.0
- Power Supply: WideTech 750W 80+ Gaming PSU -Double +12V Rail Design -140mm FAN
- Processor Cooling Fan: CoolerMaster Hyper TX3 9.2CM Cooling Fan
- UPS & Surge Protection: Huntkey 4 outlet with 5V 2.1A/2USB Surge Protection Board
Would appreciate it if anyone can tell me if anything needs to be replaced to accommodate the 1080 or if it's currently fine.
