Laptop screen shaking.

I use an HP 15 and I got up one morning and turned on the machine and the screen was shaking. Like going up and down. You know like when you start BioShock or Fallout, that old TV not clear signal thingy. I dunno if it's the OS. But it starts from the boot screen so could it be the monitor?

Your best bet is to try an external display to determine if it's the laptop screen or GPU
